PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ON NOTABLE PROJECTS: Ms. Carter started her own interior design firm in 2001 and has 26 years of experience in the Interior Design Profession.

As the Senior Designer, Ms. Carter oversees and develops the interior packages for a multitude of commercial and residential projects. Her involvement begins in the programming phase and continues through-out the space planning / design development, construction documents and construction administration phases. Her involvement in the project will go one step further with her assistance in FF&E specification and placement. The varied project experiences that she brings to the project include: corporate offices for both independent businesses, as well as corporate headquarters; medical office complexes and hospitals; hospitality projects consisting of hotels and restaurant; educational facilities, from primary to secondary education and at the university level; retail and single family residences. Ms. Carter works closely with the design team, which may include architects, corporate designers, consultants, engineers and landscape architects to see that the most cohesive design can be established. Projects that she has worked on have been located throughout the United States and in the Caribbean.

Ms. Carter continues to stay informed on the latest products and code developments by attending continuing education classes, seminars and conferences. She has also participated in trade shows, as well as attended National symposiums and markets. In addition, she has used her knowledge and experience to help educate the public by Co-hosting a radio show entitled "Your Home".
